1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no connection to a government office. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records, perform official checks, or submit filings for visitors.

The material directs readers to the Tooele County Sheriff's Office, Utah Courts, the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification, the Utah Sex and Kidnap Offender Registry, and independent research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site in violation of federal, Utah, or local law
• Threaten, stalk, or harass anyone with information found here

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:
